Delivery to UK
Delivery charges for mainland UK are as follows:
- £2.95 for orders up to £25.00
- £4.95 for orders from £25.00 - £75.00
- FREE for purchases over £75.00
We use Royal Mail for orders under £2.95, and a courier service for all other services.
Overseas delivery
Overseas customers please contact us for a shipping price before placing your order.
Next working day delivery
If your order is placed before 12pm, the delivery will be dispatched on the same day via a Next working day delivery service. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and regional Bank Holidays. If your order is placed after 5pm, dispatch will be next day.
Any items not in stock will have a 7 – 14 day delivery timescale.
We will always endeavour to dispatch your goods within 7 – 10 working days and keep our customers fully updated on the progress of their order via e-mail or phone.
It is not always possible to keep every product in stock and some items will be ordered in from the manufacturer. Returns
We strive to offer only the best quality products and believe you will be delighted with your purchase from Jollytots. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
If you wish to return an item(s) for an exchange or refund simply package your product(s) up and include a covering letter or a copy of your delivery note with your instructions.
If you wish to exchange a product it will need to be returned at customers own expense. If you have received an item in error (made by us) there is no need to pay for return postage.
Please note we cannot accept items back that have been clearly used or washed unless they are faulty. Please send your return back within 7 days of receiving them.
Sometimes faulty goods have to be sent back to the Manufacturers to be inspected.This will take a little longer and we will keep you up-dated by phone or email.

Packaging
We may use recycled packaging if the original box has been damaged or for orders with multiple pieces. Therefore contents may differ from the description on the box. Please check inside that goods are correct as there will be a £15.00 charge if a parcel is refused.
